Big Art Energy, Wall-Friendly Size

Fresh Off the Easel
Three new landscapes where the rules of realistic color don't apply

Like a theatrical backdrop, my paintings begin as starched muslin and utilize thinned paints to act as watercolors, pooling and blending to create fields of color just as Scenic Artists would across a canvas multiple times the size. I favor the use of invigorating saturated colors to bring an energy and vitality to familiar scenes.
